Hi! My name is Esther.

I’ve always been fascinated by stories, learning new things and believe nature is the best art. I’m a generally curious person and daydreamer who’s always liked many forms of art, but it truly came together for me when I purchased my first cameras after working for a local studio through high school. I immediately loved photography and pursued my interest by studying professional commercial photography at Dawson College and working for severals years in one of Montreal’s busiest portrait photography studio.

I love the work. I love making connections and keeping up with people. I also love working with diverse families and learn a lot from everyone I work with. I am a lover of trying new things and photographing weddings or families continues to give me fun experiences, helps me discover new places. I have a huge desire to explore and my job very much fulfills that. I currently photograph weddings and elopements, events and gatherings, families, babies, newborns, maternity and high school seniors. I think beauty can be found in the chic-est of events as well as the simple daily moments.

When I am not taking photos, I can be found wandering Cape Ann in awe of the beauty around me, listening to music and podcasts (I challenge you to leave the name of your favorites in your inquiry form!), being outside with my husband and sons, gardening, learning to play ice hockey (it’s quite a sight) or endlessly renovating my 1860’s house.

Please drop me a line by hitting the contact page, I love hearing from a friendly face!
